What We Offer
     Through partnerships with proven providers of
services, we're able to offer our members preferred
access to social and cultural activities, household and
home maintenance services, and transportation and
shopping assistance as well as health care services
and assisted living at home.

 

 
 
 


  2010 Membership Fees
Individual:        $500
Household:       $650


All memberships are good for one

year from the month that you join.


All information about any
member is strictly confidential.
      
        What is included in the annual members fee?

1. Members are a phone call away from a licensed social worker who can
help problem-solve by assessing a situation to produce comfortable, viable
options to choose from.                                                     ($160/ hour value)
        
       2. One-stop shopping for referrals to vetted vendors in the areas of home 
       maintenance, home health care, and transportation, to name a few. All 
       our vendors have been used and approved by At Home in Greenwich 
       members and each referral given is followed up by a phone call from the 
       office to ensure quality service.                               (often at discounted rates)
        
       3. Access to social activities such as luncheons, discussion groups, trips to
       local museums, concerts and lectures. Members are given the best discount
       on these activities that At Home in Greenwich can arrange.


      4. At Home in Greenwich members receive a membership in the Greenwich
       Hospital GENERATIONS Platinum program.  In addition to all of the offerings that
       are a part of GENERATIONS, At Home in Greenwich members will receive free
       of charge the additional Platinum benefits.                              ($65.00 value) 
       The additional benefits include:

  • Free Diabetes Self-Management Education
  • Discount on Medication Review
  • Discount on "One-Hour Massage" through Greenwich Hospital's Integrative Medicine Program
  • Discount on Family Caregiver Consultation

       5.  Free home assessment by a contractor.  He will walk through your home
       and offer a professional opinion on work to be done or point out areas of concern.

       6. Installation and two months free service for Lifeline, a device one wears and presses

       7. Meet wonderful volunteers who may accompany you to the doctor, change a
